  • Consistent size: 23 in long, about 4 in thick
  • Available in 3-log and 5-log sets
  • Strong rating: 4.9 out of 5 from 34 ratings

Questions and answers

Can these logs be burned in a fireplace?
They are listed for decorative use, so treat them as display pieces. If you want fuel, buy firewood sold and graded for burning.
How big are the logs?
Each log is 23 inches long and about 4 inches in diameter. Check your hearth or basket depth before ordering, since 23 inches is longer than many firebox openings allow.
Should I buy the 3-log or 5-log set?
A 5-log set fills a standard fireplace opening better. The 3-log set suits a small basket or a single accent spot.
Why kiln-dried instead of seasoned?
Kiln drying lowers moisture quickly and kills insects, which helps decorative logs stay clean and stable indoors. Seasoned wood takes months and can still carry pests.
Will the bark stay on?
Bark-on birch holds up well when kept dry, but it can flake at the edges with handling. Keep the logs away from damp and avoid dragging them across rough surfaces.
What do buyers say about the Wilson Enterprises X-Large White Birch Log Set?
