Is the Windmill Smart Fan quiet enough for a bedroom?

Yes. It is rated at 19 dB in Whisper mode, and owners say it is nearly inaudible at low speeds. Higher and Boost settings are louder but still modest for a fan.

No. The head tilts but does not rotate side to side, so you aim it manually at where you want the air.

Can I control it without the app?

Yes. It ships with a remote and has on-fan controls. The app adds scheduling, timers and voice-assistant control.

How much air does it move?

Up to 388 cfm on Boost. That is strong for an 8-inch desk fan, though it is meant to cool a person or a small area, not a whole room.

It is the lowest of the 9 stores listing it new as of November 7, 2026, so it is a good price against current listings. Watch for seasonal sales if you are not in a hurry.
