- Is the Terren loveseat good for a small apartment?
- Yes. At 51 inches long and 33 inches deep, it fits where a full sofa will not. It seats two adults comfortably.
- How firm is the seat?
- Owners describe it as firm out of the box. It softens with use, but if you want a plush seat, look elsewhere.
- Does the linen fabric hold up?
- Mixed. Many buyers are happy with the look, but some report pilling and snags after months of use.
- How hard is assembly?
- Most buyers manage it, but it takes time. Some report holes or brackets that need adjusting before the frame lines up.
- Is $359.99 a good price?
- It is the best new price across the two stores that carry it as of November 8, 2026. Watch for seasonal furniture sales to beat it.
- What is in the box?
- The frame, seat and back cushions, legs and hardware ship flat. Tools for assembly are typically included.
