Is $19.09 a good price for these headphones?

Yes. At $19.09 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026, they are priced like a budget accessory, well below what name-brand noise-canceling headphones cost. Only one store lists them new, so there is little room to shop around.

How good is the noise canceling?

It is entry-level. Expect it to soften steady background noise like fans or traffic, not to silence a plane cabin. Buyers who need strong cancellation should look at pricier models.

Do they work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. They pair over Bluetooth with either, and support both Siri and Google Assistant voice commands.

Is the charging case included?

Yes, a charging case is included. It stores the headphones and tops up the battery between uses.

Are they over-ear or on-ear?

They are on-ear, despite the listing also mentioning over-ear. The pads rest on the ears rather than around them, which affects comfort and isolation.
