Is the Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill worth it?

It is worth it if you want grill, smoker and air fryer functions on a balcony or patio without gas or charcoal. At $215.68 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it costs far less than buying three separate appliances.

How does it compare with a propane grill?

It reaches searing heat and gives real char, but the 141-square-inch grate is smaller than most full-size propane grills. It also needs an outlet, while propane works anywhere.

Do I need to buy Ninja pellets?

No. Any hardwood pellets work, and you only use about 1/2 cup per cook because the pellets add flavor rather than fuel. Two starter packs come in the box.

What comes in the box?

You get the grill, a 141-square-inch nonstick grill grate, a crisper basket, a pellet scoop, Robust Blend and All-Purpose Blend pellet starter packs, and a quick start guide with 15 recipes.

Can I use it indoors?

No. It is an outdoor appliance and produces smoke, so use it on a patio, balcony or yard with ventilation. It is weather-resistant for outdoor storage.

Prices vary by store and season. The best new price seen was $215.68 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, so compare that against current listings before buying.
