Questions and answers

Is the Workpro cabinet worth it?
It is a reasonable pick if you want a tall steel cabinet with a lock and a 900 lb rating. Compare it against heavier-gauge garage cabinets if you plan to load every shelf to the limit.
How much weight can each shelf hold?
The 900 lb figure is the cabinet's total load capacity, not per shelf. Spread heavy items across shelves and keep the heaviest loads low.
Does it come assembled?
No. Assembly is required, and the cabinet ships flat with hardware. Plan for a couple of hours and a second person to stand it upright.
Can it be locked?
Yes. It has an enhanced locking system and ships with four keys.
Will it fit in a standard garage?
At 31-1/2 inches wide, 15-3/4 inches deep and 71 inches tall, it fits along most garage walls and under typical ceiling heights. Measure door clearance before moving it in.
When is the best time to buy?
Check the price history on this page for its recent low. Storage cabinets often drop during garage and workshop sales events.
