Our take on the Wybot Winny Cordless Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner

The Wybot Winny is a small cordless robotic cleaner built for above-ground pools. It runs on its own battery, so there is no hose or cord to the filter, and it is sized for pools up to roughly 30 feet. At $79.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it sits at the low end of what cordless pool robots cost, but its 2.9 out of 5 rating from 454 ratings is a warning sign.

Questions and answers

Is the Wybot Winny worth buying?
Only for a small above-ground pool with light debris and a low budget. Its 2.9 out of 5 rating suggests many owners were disappointed, so consider a corded or pricier robot if you need reliability.
Will it clean the walls of my pool?
Barely. It is designed mainly for the pool floor and has weak climbing ability, so walls and waterlines need manual brushing.
How long does the battery last?
Runtime is short, typically under an hour or so per charge, and a full recharge takes several hours. Larger pools will need more than one cycle.
What pools does it fit?
It is made for above-ground pools, roughly up to 30 feet across. It is not intended for in-ground pools.
What comes in the box?
The cleaner, its rechargeable battery, a charging adapter and a debris basket. No hoses or caddy are included.
When is it cheapest?
The best new price seen is $79.99 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, and only one store lists it new. End-of-season pool sales are the usual time for lower prices.
Where is the Wybot Winny Cordless Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner cheapest?
At Walmart, for $79.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Wybot Winny Cordless Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner?
Rated 2.9 out of 5 from 454 ratings.
