Is the Series S worth it over the Series X?

If you play on a 1080p or 1440p screen and buy games digitally, the Series S saves a lot of money. The Series X adds a disc drive, more power and 4K gaming for a higher price.

How much storage does it have, and can I expand it?

It has a 512GB SSD, with roughly 360GB usable after the system. You can add a Seagate Expansion Card or run games from a USB 3.1 external drive.

Does it play discs or Blu-ray movies?

No. The Series S is digital-only, so games, apps and movies all come from the Microsoft Store or streaming services.

What comes in the box?

The console, one Xbox Wireless Controller, an HDMI cable and a power cable. No games are included.

Is $349 a good price?

It is below the recent daily range of $399.99 to $492.82, so it is a good price by recent standards. Check whether the eBay listing is a new unit from a reputable seller.

What resolution and frame rate does it hit?

It targets 1440p at up to 120Hz, and many games run at 1080p or use upscaling. A 120Hz TV or monitor is needed for high frame rates.
