Is the Yealink T85W worth it over a cheaper desk phone?

If you make many calls a day and want a large touchscreen, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth headset support, the extra cost is justified. For occasional calls, a basic SIP phone does the same job for less.

Does the T85W work with my VoIP provider?

It uses standard SIP, so it works with most hosted PBX and SIP providers. Check that your provider supports the codecs and features you need, such as BLF and call recording.

Can I use a wireless headset with it?

Yes. It supports Bluetooth 5.0 headsets and wired USB headsets through its two USB ports.

How many expansion modules can I add?

You can cascade up to three color-screen expansion modules, which adds many more programmable keys for reception or attendant use.

The box includes the handset, an Ethernet cable, a quick start guide and a mounting kit. A power adapter is not listed, so plan on PoE or check with the seller.

When is the T85W cheapest?

Its best new price was $169.00 at Amazon as of November 5, 2026. Prices on business phones tend to dip during seasonal sales and when a newer model launches.
