Is the YETI Rambler 20 oz Tumbler worth it?

If you want a durable, well-insulated cup that fits a cupholder and has a good lid, it is a solid buy. Cheaper tumblers exist, but few match the build quality and insulation.

How does it compare to the 30 oz Rambler?

The 30 oz holds more and keeps drinks cold longer but is taller and may not fit some cupholders. The 20 oz is easier to carry and fits most car holders.

Is the MagSlider lid leakproof?

No. The magnetic slider reduces splashes but the lid is not fully sealed, so it can leak if the tumbler is tipped or laid on its side.

Can I put it in the dishwasher?

Yes, both the tumbler and lid are dishwasher safe. Hand washing helps preserve the DuraCoat finish longer.

One 20 oz Rambler tumbler and one MagSlider lid. It does not include a straw.

Our take on the YETI Rambler 20 oz Tumbler

The YETI Rambler 20 oz Tumbler is a double-wall vacuum-insulated stainless steel cup with the MagSlider magnetic slider lid, sized to fit most car cupholders. It keeps drinks cold for hours and hot for a good while, and the DuraCoat finish resists chipping and punctures. It is dishwasher safe but not for the microwave or freezer. The 20 oz size sits in the middle of YETI's tumbler line, between the 10 oz lowball and the 30 oz tumbler.
