Is the YVY moped e-bike worth $369?

At $369 it is cheap for a 1500W peak motor, 48V 20Ah battery and hydraulic brakes. Expect budget-level components and check the warranty before buying.

How far can it go on a charge?

YVY claims 100+ miles with pedal assist and about 30 miles on throttle only. Real range depends on rider weight, terrain and speed, and throttle range will be the lower figure.

Can I ride it without pedaling?

Yes. It has a pure electric mode with roughly 30 miles of range, plus a 7-speed drivetrain for pedaling with or without assist.

How big is it, and who fits?

It rolls on 20-inch wheels with 4.0-inch fat tires and a carbon steel frame. YVY does not list a rider height range, so confirm sizing with the seller before ordering.

Is the battery removable?

Yes. The 48V 20Ah battery is removable, so you can charge it indoors or swap it out.

When is the best time to buy?

Only one store listed a new price as of November 4, 2026, so there is little to compare. Watch for seasonal e-bike sales and check the price history before buying.
