What do I need to power them?

A USB port. The included 1.5 m cable has a 2.0 interface, and you can plug it into a laptop, wall adapter or power bank. A power bank is not included.

Will they fit my feet?

The gray version is listed for EU sizes 39–43, roughly US men's 6.5–9.5. There is only one size, so larger or smaller feet may not fit well.

Is $9.16 a good price?

It is the only new price listed, at Walmart as of November 8, 2026, so there is no recent range to judge against. At under $10 it is cheap for heated footwear, but expect basic build and fixed heat.
