Questions and answers

Is the Arete II wireless?
No. It is a wired in-ear monitor; the Bluetooth label in some listings is wrong. Plan on a cable and a source with a headphone output.
What does it cost?
$237.15 at Linsoul Audio as of November 7, 2026, the best new price among 6 stores. That is the top of its recent range, so waiting for a drop is reasonable.
Is it worth $237?
Ratings average 3.1 out of 5, so it is a polarizing set. Buy it for the Fresh Reviews tuning, not as an all-rounder.
What colors are available?
Blue and red.
Do I need an amp or dongle?
A phone headphone jack works, but a dedicated DAC or dongle gets more out of it, as owners note.
When is it cheapest?
It is at its recent high now. Track the price history and buy on a dip rather than at $237.15.
