Questions and answers
- When does bicycleway.com run sales?
- The shop discounts mainly on clearance and end-of-season inventory, so the deepest cuts on e-bikes tend to appear in fall and winter. Check the deals page for current markdowns rather than waiting for a scheduled event.
- Is bicycleway.com the cheapest place to buy an Electra Townie Go! 7D?
- At $500.00 for the Step-Thru, this listing is far below the typical retail price for a Townie Go! 7D, which usually sells for well over $1,000. Compare against other shops' current prices before buying, since stock and markdowns vary.
- What is the Electra Townie Go! 7D like to ride?
- It is a cruiser-style e-bike with a 250W rear hub motor, a 7-speed drivetrain and flat-foot pedaling geometry that lets riders put both feet down at stops. It suits flat commutes and errands more than steep climbs or long-distance touring.
- What is bicycleway.com's return policy?
- Return windows and conditions are set by the shop and can differ for bikes versus parts, and e-bikes often carry restrictions. Confirm the policy with the store before ordering a $500.00 e-bike.
- Does the Townie Go! 7D Step-Thru come in different frame colors or sizes?
- Electra sells the 7D Step-Thru in one frame size with several color options. Availability of a specific color at this price depends on what bicycleway.com has in stock.
