Questions and answers
- When does Traveling Ground run sales?
- Traveling Ground discounts tend to cluster around model-year changeovers in late summer and fall, plus Black Friday and the winter holidays. The Moterra Neo 5 deal is a clearance-style cut on an older build, so timing depends on leftover stock rather than a fixed calendar.
- Is Traveling Ground the cheapest place to buy a Cannondale?
- Not always. Traveling Ground prices some Cannondale e-MTBs well below MSRP, but other stores undercut it on parts and accessories. Compare the live price at each store and check the price history before buying.
- What is Traveling Ground best known for?
- Mountain bikes, especially electric mountain bikes from Cannondale, along with helmets, pedals, tires and service parts. The Moterra Neo 5 is the model most shoppers come for.
- What is the return policy at Traveling Ground?
- Unused items in original packaging can generally be returned within a set window, but bikes and installed parts usually carry restocking fees or are final sale. Confirm the terms for your specific order before checkout.
- Should I buy the Moterra Neo 5 at 53% off?
- At $3,049.99 at Traveling Ground as of November 3, it is close to half off a bike that lists near $6,500. Check that the frame size fits and that the battery and motor warranty transfers, since clearance stock can be prior-year inventory.
