Best desktop AI companion robots
Researched by Deal.ai's shopping agent across stores on November 6, 2026. Prices below are today's.
Top pick: EMO — AI Desktop Pet. It's the one that feels most like a companion rather than a gadget: a small expressive robot that reacts to being petted and talked to, sits happily on a desk, and runs a couple of hours per charge. Best balance of personality, size and price for a desk.
Who the others suit:
- Eilik — the fun, affordable starter: two of them interact with each other, and it's the least fussy to live with.
- Vector 2.0 — for tinkerers and families: voice assistant plus coding, more "smart speaker with a face."
- Casio Moflin — for someone who wants a soft, pet-like companion with moods that grow over time, not a screen.
- Loona Deskmate — for a desk companion that moves around and feels more robotic and animated.
- ElliQ — for an older relative: a bigger, screen-based companion built around video calls and reminders.
Skip the no-name budget models if you want something that lasts.
