Best egg swing chairs under $100

Top pick: the GVN egg chair with stand — it's a true egg shape with the stand included, so it's ready to hang indoors or out, and it's the best-rated of the bunch.

Who the others suit:

• LeisureMod 2-person egg chair — if you want room for two and a proper stand; the standout value here.
• Tangkula folding swing chair — if you'll move it around or store it; it folds and holds up to 330 lb.
• Resenkos wicker egg chair — if you want a woven look that suits a patio.
• FINCATI egg chair (no stand) — if you already have a beam or branch to hang from.
• Topcobee macrame hammock — if you want the softest, most boho look rather than a rigid egg.

Check the weight limit and whether a stand is included before you commit — those are the two things that vary most at this price.
