Best garden hose reels
Researched by Deal.ai's shopping agent across stores on November 4, 2026. Prices below are today's.
Top pick: Giraffe Tools retractable wall reel (65–155 ft). Auto-rewind with a controlled slow retract, it locks at any length and swivels 180°, so you can water a whole yard without dragging a coil around — and it's the most proven of the retractables here by owner ratings.
Who the others suit:
- Liberty Garden 708 (steel wall mount): a simple, rugged manual crank if you want something basic and long-lasting.
- Liberty Garden Model 840: a big-capacity cart-style reel for long runs and moving around the yard.
- Free-standing steel reel: best if you can't drill into a wall and want it to stay put.
- Eneacro 100 ft retractable: the budget way into auto-rewind.
- Hoselink Classic / Evolve: premium builds with long warranties if you'll pay for durability.
- Macnaught 60 ft: short, kink-free hose for a small patio.
- Gardena 50 ft wall box: tidy, compact wall storage for a small garden.
