Best seat covers

Start here: FLORAY Universal Full Set — a complete front-and-rear set with the strongest owner feedback of the full sets here, so it's the safest all-round buy for a daily driver.

Who the others suit:

• CAR PASS Neoprene Full Set — neoprene shrugs off water, mud and dog hair; the pick for work trucks, families and pets.
• Flying Banner Faux Leather Full Set — if you want a factory-leather look without the upkeep.
• Seat Hoodie Slip-On — one seat, machine-washable, slips on in seconds; great for a single messy seat.
• MORROLS Protector — a padded, waterproof mat under a child seat or pet, not a full cover.
• Auto Drive Atlanta Black — the cheap single-seat fix for a worn driver's seat.

Skip the novelty prints and the pink leather set unless you want a look, not protection.
