Best two-color time clock ribbons

Start with the uPunch HNRG10 ribbon. It's the safest buy for most people: a genuine OEM black/red ribbon made for uPunch HN3000 and UB1000 clocks, so it drops straight in and the red prints the late/early punches the way the clock expects.

Who the others suit:

• Acroprint 390127000 (black/red) — if you run an Acroprint ATR120 recorder; it's the factory ribbon for that model and the one most widely stocked.
• AT-6000 replacement ribbon — for Allied Time AT-6000 units; a compatible rather than OEM ribbon, but well rated by buyers.
• Epson ERC-30/34/38 black/red — if your time clock is really an Epson-based receipt printer; the multi-packs are the economical route for busy offices.

Before you order: match the ribbon to the exact clock model on the label — these cartridges are not interchangeable, and a "two-color" listing in the wrong fit won't print red at all.
