Questions and answers

When does Autel Robotics run sales on its drones?

Autel discounts most often around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and spring clearance events, with occasional bundle promotions through authorized dealers. Deal.ai tracks price history on the EVO Lite 640T Enterprise so you can see whether a current price is actually low.

Where is the EVO Lite 640T Enterprise cheapest?

Pricing varies by retailer and by configuration, and the Premium Package costs more than the base kit because it adds accessories. Compare listings across stores on Deal.ai rather than assuming the manufacturer's site is lowest.

What makes the EVO Lite 640T Enterprise different from the standard EVO Lite?

The 640T adds a 640×512 thermal imaging sensor alongside the visual camera, which is what enterprise buyers pay for in inspection and emergency response work. The standard EVO Lite is a visual-only drone and costs considerably less.

What is included in the EVO Lite 640T Enterprise Premium Package?

The Premium Package bundles the drone with extra batteries, a carrying case and additional accessories beyond the standard kit. Check each listing's contents, since bundle contents can differ between retailers.

What is Autel's return policy on drones?

Autel's own return window is short and generally applies to unopened or defective units, with warranty service handled separately. Retailers often have their own return terms, so confirm the policy at the store you buy from.
