Questions and answers
- Does Big Fig run sales?
- Big Fig discounts mainly around major holidays such as Memorial Day, Labor Day and Black Friday. There are no active deals on this page right now, so check back around those dates.
- Where is Big Fig cheapest?
- Buy direct from Big Fig's own site, which is the only place the full lineup and warranty are sold. Third-party listings rarely beat the direct price and can complicate warranty claims.
- What is Big Fig best known for?
- Its mattresses are built for heavier sleepers, with a high-density foam core, reinforced coils and stronger edge support than standard mattresses. The Classic is the core model; the Luxe adds more foam and a plusher feel.
- What is Big Fig's return policy?
- Big Fig offers a 120-night sleep trial, and returns within that window get a refund minus a return shipping fee. The mattress also carries a 20-year warranty.
- Do you need a special foundation for a Big Fig mattress?
- Yes. Big Fig recommends its own foundation or adjustable base, which are built to handle higher weight. A standard box spring may void the warranty.
