Questions and answers
- When does Ello go on sale?
- Ello discounts cluster around back-to-school in July and August, Black Friday, and Target and Walmart clearance resets in January. The Campy kids line sees the deepest markdowns in back-to-school season.
- Where is Ello cheapest?
- Target and Walmart usually undercut Amazon on core Ello tumblers, and Target's Circle offers and RedCard discount stack on top. Amazon wins on multipacks and closeout colors. Compare per-unit prices, since Ello is often sold in sets.
- What are Ello's best products?
- The Beacon stainless steel tumbler is the strongest pick for insulation and durability, and the Ava 18oz glass tumbler is the popular choice for iced coffee at a desk. The Campy is built for kids, with a silicone sleeve and a lid designed to survive drops.
- Does Ello drinkware leak?
- Ello lids are splash-resistant rather than fully leakproof on most tumblers, so keep them upright in a bag. The Campy kids bottle is the most leak-resistant of the lineup when its lid is closed properly.
- What is Ello's return policy?
- Returns go through the retailer you bought from, not Ello directly. Target and Walmart take back unused Ello drinkware within their standard windows, typically 90 days at Target and 90 days at Walmart.
