Questions and answers
- Does Equal Exchange coffee go on sale?
- Equal Exchange coffee is discounted most often at co-ops and natural grocers rather than on Equal Exchange's own site. Subscribe-and-save orders on the brand's website cut the per-bag price, and case buys lower it further. Watch for sales around fair-trade and Earth Day promotions.
- Where is Equal Exchange coffee cheapest?
- Warehouse clubs and co-op case discounts usually beat single-bag prices, and the brand's own site is cheapest on multi-bag subscriptions. Compare the per-ounce price, since bag sizes range from 10 oz to 5 lb. No store on this page currently has a deal.
- Which Equal Exchange coffee should I buy?
- Love Buzz is a dark, full-bodied blend; Organic French Roast is the smokiest and darkest; Mind Body & Soul is a lighter medium roast with more acidity. All three are organic and fair-trade certified. Choose French Roast for espresso and milk drinks, Mind Body & Soul for drip.
- What is Equal Exchange's return policy?
- Equal Exchange accepts returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery through its website, and it replaces or refunds damaged or incorrect orders. Store purchases follow each retailer's own return policy. Contact the brand's customer service with your order number for a refund.
