Questions and answers
- When does GlareWheel run sales?
- GlareWheel discounts mostly around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and occasional holiday weekends. Outside those windows, prices on the EB-X5 and EB-CH tend to stay at list.
- Where is GlareWheel cheapest?
- GlareWheel sells direct through its own site and through Amazon, and the two prices usually track closely. Compare the total with shipping before buying, since direct orders sometimes include free shipping that marketplace listings do not.
- What are GlareWheel's best products?
- The EB-CH fat-tire 750W cruiser is the flagship, built for beach, snow and rough pavement with its wide tires and hub motor. The EB-X5 is the lighter, simpler option for paved riding and shorter commutes.
- What is GlareWheel's return policy?
- GlareWheel accepts returns within a limited window, typically 14 to 30 days, and bikes must come back in original packaging. Return shipping on a fully assembled e-bike is expensive, so confirm the model and size before ordering.
- Are GlareWheel e-bikes hard to assemble?
- Both the EB-X5 and EB-CH ship mostly assembled, and you attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat. Budget about an hour and check the brakes and tire pressure before the first ride.
