Questions and answers
- When does Guild run sales?
- Guild discounts most often around major retail holidays and end-of-year clearance, and dealers like Sweetwater and Guitar Center run their own promotions. There are no active deals on this page right now.
- Where is Guild cheapest?
- Large dealers such as Sweetwater, Guitar Center and Musician's Friend typically match each other on Guild's MAP pricing, so the lowest price is usually the same across them. Check each product page for current store prices before buying.
- What are Guild's best-known guitars?
- The Starfire semi-hollows and the Surfliner offset solidbodies are the current core models, alongside the legacy D- and F-series acoustics. The Surfliner HH adds dual humbuckers to the standard Surfliner's single-coil layout.
- What is Guild's return policy?
- Returns are handled by the retailer, not by Guild directly, so the window and terms depend on the store you buy from. Most major dealers offer a 30- to 45-day return period on new guitars.
