Questions and answers
- When does Helinox go on sale?
- Helinox discounts cluster around REI member sales, Backcountry and Moosejaw seasonal events, and Black Friday. The brand rarely cuts prices sitewide, so watch retailer sales rather than the Helinox store.
- Where is Helinox cheapest?
- Large outdoor retailers such as REI, Backcountry and Moosejaw usually beat the brand's own site once a sale hits. Compare the Table One and Table One Hard Top across those stores, since pricing varies by colorway.
- What is the difference between the Table One and the Table One Hard Top?
- The Table One has a mesh or fabric top that packs small and weighs less. The Hard Top adds a solid aluminum surface for sturdier support under stoves and drinks, at a higher price and a bit more weight.
- Does Helinox accept returns?
- Helinox's own store accepts returns on unused gear within its stated window, but most buyers return through the retailer they bought from. Check that store's policy before ordering, since it governs the process.
