Questions and answers
- When does IK Multimedia run sales?
- IK Multimedia discounts most often around Black Friday and the winter holidays, and it has run spring and summer promotions on software and hardware bundles. There are no live deals on this page right now, so check back around those periods.
- Where is the cheapest place to buy a TONEX pedal?
- Prices vary by retailer, and this page compares each store's price for the same pedal. Check the price history on each product page to see whether the current price is above or below its usual level before buying.
- What is the difference between the TONEX Pedal and the TONEX One?
- The TONEX Pedal is the full-size unit with more footswitches, MIDI, and stereo outputs for a pedalboard. The TONEX One is a compact single-footswitch pedal for small boards, and the TONEX ONE+ is a variant of that compact design.
- Does IK Multimedia allow returns?
- Returns depend on the store you buy from, not IK Multimedia, since each retailer sets its own policy. Confirm the return window with the seller before ordering, especially on software bundles.
- Can I use TONEX tones without a computer?
- Yes. The TONEX pedals load tone models directly on the hardware, so you can play captured amps and pedals live without a laptop. A computer is only needed to manage and transfer tone models.
