Questions and answers
- Does Kizik run sales?
- Kizik discounts mostly around major holidays and end-of-season clearance, when older colorways drop in price. Sign up for its email list to get sale notices and early access. There are no live deals on this page right now.
- Where is the cheapest place to buy Kizik shoes?
- Kizik's own site is usually the cheapest for current models, and its sale section beats full price. Check the price history on each product page here before buying elsewhere, since third-party sellers often charge above retail.
- What are Kizik's best-selling shoes?
- The hands-free step-in styles are the draw, and the Freedom Run is the running-oriented pick with a springier midsole. The Camden is the more casual everyday sneaker. Both use the same heel that collapses and rebounds when you slide your foot in.
- What is Kizik's return policy?
- Kizik accepts returns on unworn shoes within its stated window, and members of its rewards program often get a longer period. Check the current policy on kizik.com before ordering, since terms change.
- Do Kizik shoes fit true to size?
- Most buyers take their usual sneaker size, and the step-in heel works best with a little room. If you are between sizes or have a wide foot, size up.
