Questions and answers
- Does Koala run sales?
- Koala discounts mainly around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and end-of-year clearance, plus occasional bundles on sofa beds and sectionals. Outside those windows, prices on this page are list price with no live deals.
- Where is Koala cheapest?
- Buy direct from Koala's own site, which carries the full range and the trial and return terms. Koala does not usually sell through third-party retailers, so there is rarely a cheaper authorized channel.
- What are Koala's best-known products?
- The Sofa Bed, now in its 4th generation, is the flagship: a click-clack couch that folds flat into a bed, with a built-in storage chaise on some versions. The Tamarama, Torquay and Bangalow are modular sectionals that rearrange and add seats over time.
- What is Koala's return policy?
- Koala offers a 120-night trial on most furniture, with free returns and a full refund if you are not satisfied. Items must be in original condition, and the trial applies to orders bought directly from Koala.
