Is the Torquay worth the price?

It costs more than many similar sectionals, but you get washable covers, a 5-year warranty and a 120-day trial. If washability and modularity matter to you, the premium is easier to justify.

How do I clean the covers?

Covers are fully removable with a quick-slip design and are machine washable. The fabric also has water- and stain-resistant treatments for spills between washes.

Can I add more sections later?

Yes. The chaise connects to other Torquay sections with tool-free Quick-Lock connectors, so you can build out the sofa over time.

What is the trial and warranty?

Koala offers a 120-day trial and a 5-year warranty on the Torquay. Check the return terms for shipping costs before you order.

Which fabric should I pick?

Pearl Moon, Bronzed Aussie and Midnight Mocha are 100% recycled polyester. Silver Sand, Forest Dawn and Moonlit Silver are a 65/35 polyester and recycled polyester blend, so feel and durability can differ.

What comes in the box?

You get the seat modules, backrest and armrest modules, two cushions per chaise, sofa or armrest configuration, and the Quick-Lock connectors. No tools are needed.
