Questions and answers
- When does Lensmart run sales?
- Lensmart discounts most heavily around Black Friday, back-to-school season and Chinese New Year, and it runs standing coupon codes most of the year. Sign-up email offers are usually the simplest recurring discount.
- Where is Lensmart cheapest?
- Buying direct from Lensmart's own site is generally cheapest, since it controls its own pricing and codes. Third-party marketplaces often add shipping or markup on the same frames.
- What are Lensmart's best-known products?
- Its square and round acetate frames with free basic single-vision lenses are the core sellers. The tortoiseshell square acetate pair on this page is a typical example of its house-brand styling.
- What is Lensmart's return policy?
- Lensmart generally accepts returns within 14 days of delivery on non-prescription items, and prescription glasses are usually only covered for manufacturing defects. Check the current policy page before ordering, since terms change.
