Our take on the Lensmart Square Prescription Glasses Cantaloupe

These are full-rim square prescription glasses from Lensmart with a metal frame in a cantaloupe blue finish. The square shape and thin metal rim give a light, retro-leaning look that suits both reading and everyday wear. Lensmart sells them direct online, so the price depends on the lens options you add at checkout. The frame itself is inexpensive; the final cost is driven by lens type and coatings.

Questions and answers

Are these glasses good for reading?
Yes. They are sold as reading glasses, and you can add a single-vision reading prescription at checkout. Choose the magnification or prescription you need.
Can I use them for everyday wear, not just reading?
Yes. The full-rim metal frame works for daily wear. Order a distance or progressive lens instead of a reading lens if you want them for general use.
What comes in the box?
Lensmart typically ships the frame with your chosen lenses plus a case and cleaning cloth. Confirm the included accessories on the order page before buying.
How do I pick the right size?
Check the frame width and lens width listed on the product page and compare them with a pair you already own. Square metal frames like these usually suit medium faces.
Are they worth it compared with store-bought readers?
They cost more than drugstore readers but let you add a real prescription and coatings. If you only need cheap magnification, basic readers are enough.
What do buyers say about the Lensmart Square Prescription Glasses Cantaloupe?
