Questions and answers
- When does Mutoh run sales?
- Mutoh sells through authorized dealers, and discounts usually come from the dealer rather than the manufacturer. Watch for end-of-quarter and trade-show promotions, such as around PRINTING United in the fall. No deals are live on this page right now.
- Where is Mutoh cheapest?
- Prices are set by dealers, so quotes vary by region and by configuration, including installation and warranty. Compare quotes from several authorized dealers for the same model and service package. No current prices are listed here.
- What are Mutoh's best-known products?
- The ValueJet roll printers are the longest-running line, and the XpertJet series covers UV flatbed and roll-to-roll work. The XpertJet 661UF is a compact 24-inch flatbed for small rigid substrates, while the 1462UF is a larger flatbed for higher-volume production. The ValueJet 1948WX is a 64-inch dye-sublimation printer for textiles and soft signage.
- What is Mutoh's return policy?
- Returns are handled by the selling dealer, not by Mutoh directly, and large-format printers are often excluded from change-of-mind returns once installed. Confirm the dealer's terms in writing before you order.
