Questions and answers
- When does Nacon run sales?
- Nacon discounts cluster around Black Friday, Amazon Prime Day and the June and December PlayStation Store sales for its games. Hardware markdowns on controllers and headsets are most common in November and during retailer back-to-school events.
- Where is Nacon cheapest?
- Amazon and major retailers like Best Buy and Walmart usually undercut the official Nacon store on controllers and headsets. For Nacon-published games, the PlayStation Store and Steam sales are typically the lowest, especially a year or more after launch.
- What are Nacon's best-known products?
- The Revolution series of pro-style PlayStation controllers and the RIG headsets are its most recognized hardware. On the publishing side, it is known for racing and simulation titles, including the officially licensed WRC games and Rennsport.
- What is Nacon's return policy?
- Returns go through the retailer you bought from, not Nacon directly, so Amazon, Best Buy and GameStop policies apply. Nacon's own warranty covers hardware defects, typically for one to two years depending on the product and region.
- Are Nacon controllers officially licensed for PlayStation?
- Yes. Nacon's PlayStation controllers, including the Revolution line, carry official Sony licensing, which is why they work with PS5 and PS4 system features. The MG-xa smartphone gamepad is built for cloud gaming and mobile play rather than console use.
