- When does Petkit run sales?
- Petkit discounts most around Black Friday, Prime Day and other big retail events, and its own site runs periodic promotions. Third-party retailers like Chewy and Amazon often match or beat those prices, so compare before buying.
- Where is the Pura Max 2 cheapest?
- It varies by week. Amazon and Chewy usually land close together, and Petkit's own store sometimes undercuts both during a sale. Check the price history chart to see whether the current price is high or low for that store.
- What are Petkit's best products?
- The Pura Max 2 is the flagship self-cleaning litter box. The Pura Max and Pura X are the older litter boxes, and the Eversweet fountain and Fresh Element feeders are the other widely bought items.
- What is Petkit's return policy?
- Returns go through the store you bought from, not Petkit, unless you ordered from Petkit directly. Petkit's own store generally accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging; check the retailer's policy if you buy elsewhere.
- Does the Pura Max 2 need special litter or liners?
- It works with standard clumping clay litter and uses a replaceable odor-sealing waste bag rather than a drawer liner. Petkit sells its own bags, but generic equivalents fit.
- Are there Petkit discount codes?
- Deal.ai doesn't list Petkit discount codes. It checks what Petkit products actually cost at every store, so a real markdown shows on this page as a deal as soon as it starts, and each product's page has its price history to tell a sale from its usual price.
