Questions and answers
- When does Snailax run sales?
- Snailax discounts cluster around Amazon Prime Day in July, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and the pre-holiday gift season. Its own site and Amazon listings rarely discount outside those windows.
- Where is Snailax cheapest?
- Amazon is usually the lowest price for Snailax massagers, and Walmart and eBay sometimes undercut it on older models. Check the price history on each product page before buying, since list prices swing widely between sellers.
- What are Snailax's best-known products?
- The Shiatsu Neck & Shoulder Massager with Heat is its flagship: eight rotating nodes, optional heat, and a strap for hands-free use. The Full Body Massage Mat with Heat is the other main seller, with ten vibration motors and a heated section for the back.
- What is Snailax's return policy?
- Returns depend on the seller, not Snailax itself. Amazon purchases follow Amazon's 30-day window; buying from Snailax's own site typically allows 30 days on unused items, and the warranty runs 1 year on most massagers.
- Are Snailax massagers covered by a warranty?
- Most Snailax massagers carry a 1-year limited warranty against defects when bought from an authorized seller. Keep the order receipt, since claims usually require proof of purchase.
