- When does Star equipment go on sale?
- Star is commercial gear, so discounts are less seasonal than consumer appliances. Watch for clearance when a dealer changes lines and for bundle pricing when you buy a griddle and press together. The page shows any current price drop at each store.
- Where is Star cheapest?
- It varies by model and by dealer, and shipping weight matters on heavy countertop units. Compare the delivered price, not just the sticker, since freight can add a lot. Each product page lists every store's price with its history.
- What are Star's best-known products?
- The Ultra-Max line of electric griddles, including the 24 in. 724TA, and the PST7A single panini press. Both are aimed at low-to-mid volume commercial kitchens that want a plug-in countertop unit.
- What is Star's return policy?
- Returns go through the dealer you bought from, not Star directly, and commercial equipment often carries restocking fees and short return windows. Check the specific store's terms before ordering, and inspect the unit on delivery.
- Does the 724TA griddle need a special outlet?
- The 724TA is electric and draws serious wattage, so confirm the voltage and amperage on the listing match your circuit before buying. A dedicated circuit is typical for this class of griddle.
- Are there Star discount codes?
- Deal.ai doesn't list Star discount codes. It checks what Star products actually cost at every store, so a real markdown shows on this page as a deal as soon as it starts, and each product's page has its price history to tell a sale from its usual price.
