Union Scale Sale Tracker, November 2026

Questions and answers

Where is Union Scale cheapest?

Union Scale is a Staples private label, so Staples is the main seller and usually the only place to buy new. Third-party marketplace sellers sometimes list the chairs, but check the price history here before paying a markup.

When does Union Scale go on sale?

Staples discounts Union Scale chairs most often around Black Friday, back-to-school in July and August, and occasional one-day furniture promotions. The Dexley and Hyken have both dropped well below their list price during those events.

What is the difference between the Dexley and the Hyken?

Both are mesh-back task chairs with lumbar support and a headrest. The Hyken is the older, narrower design with a self-adjusting tilt; the Dexley is wider, has a thicker seat cushion and is rated for longer sitting, which suits larger users better.

What is Union Scale's return policy?

Returns go through Staples: 30 days with a receipt for a full refund, and chairs bought online can be returned to a Staples store. Keep the box and parts, since assembled chairs are harder to return.

Are Union Scale chairs good?

They are solid budget chairs, not premium ergonomic seating. The mesh back and adjustable lumbar are real pluses at this price; the arms and casters are the parts that wear first, and the warranty is one year on most models.

Are there Union Scale discount codes?

Deal.ai doesn't list Union Scale discount codes. It checks what Union Scale products actually cost at every store, so a real markdown shows on this page as a deal as soon as it starts, and each product's page has its price history to tell a sale from its usual price.
