    Questions and answers

Which set is better for a small apartment?
Both fold and roll, so either fits a tight room. The Garvee set has brake locks on its wheels, which helps keep it still on hard floors.
    Which has more comfortable chairs?
The Garvee set. Its seats are upholstered, while the 5 Pieces chairs are unpadded with a 14.6 in seat height.
    Which seats more people?
The 5 Pieces set states seating for 6 with the drop leaf open. The Garvee listing gives 4 to 6, so confirm before relying on it for six.
Is the Garvee set worth the lower price?
Yes for most shoppers. It costs less, has a metal frame rated to 550 lbs and padded seats, though its top is MDF rather than wood.
Which table top holds up better?
The 5 Pieces set uses a wood top. The Garvee uses MDF, which is fine day to day but more prone to swelling if water sits on it.
    Do both need assembly?
Yes. Both ship flat and require assembly; the Garvee set includes a hardware kit and manual.
