Which is better for everyday wear?

Both are stainless steel with the same screw-and-glue seal, so wear is similar. The Butterfly's raised shape may catch on knits more than the Angel Wing band.

Is the Butterfly worth the lower price?

Yes. It is $14.21 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, $1.67 less than the Angel Wing, and it has the better rating, 4.7 from 10 ratings.

Do both hold ashes the same way?

Yes. Both use a twist screw, a funnel with a guide pin, and a drop of super glue on the threads to seal.

Can I engrave either ring?

Yes, both offer custom engraving, best kept to 5-10 characters. If the band cannot be engraved, a small tag is used instead.

Both are stainless steel, so neither should tarnish faster than the other. The screw thread and glue seal are the parts to watch on either ring.

Which color should I pick?

The Angel Wing comes in blue; the Butterfly comes in pink/rose, though its listing also shows black. Confirm the color on the store page before ordering.
