Which is better for whipping cream?

Both have 150-watt motors and 5 speeds, so they perform about the same. The OVENTE's pulse button helps you stop before over-whipping.

Which one lasts longer?

Neither is built for heavy dough. The OVENTE backs its build with a 1-year limited warranty, while the Brentwood lists no warranty, so the OVENTE is the safer bet on paper.

Is the OVENTE worth the extra?

It is actually cheaper: $7.95 at eBay versus $8.79 at The Ville Warehouse as of November 7, 2026. It also adds a case, pulse and a warranty.

Do both come with two beaters?

Yes. Each ships with two chrome beaters. The Brentwood's are dishwasher safe; the OVENTE says to wash beaters and case by hand in warm soapy water.

Can either handle cookie dough?

At 150 watts, both are best for eggs, cream, batter and mashed potatoes. Stiff dough will strain either motor.
