Which is better for a household with two users?

The Brondell Swash 1400. Its remote stores favorite settings for two people, so each user gets their own pressure, temperature and position without resetting.

Does the BB-2000 have wash modes the Swash 1400 lacks?

Yes. The BB-2000 adds Vortex enema and Turbo wash modes plus oscillation and pulse. The Swash 1400 offers rear and front wash with adjustable pressure and position.

Which has better water heating?

The Swash 1400 uses endless warm water on demand. The BB-2000 uses hybrid heating, which keeps a continuous flow but is not the same on-demand design.

Is the BB-2000 worth it over the Swash 1400?

It is cheaper at current prices and adds wash modes and a 450 lb capacity. Pick the Swash 1400 only if the two-user remote, nightlight and carbon-block deodorizer matter more to you.

Which fits heavier users?

The BB-2000, rated to 450 lbs. Brondell does not publish a weight capacity for the Swash 1400.

Do both come with a remote?

Yes. Both include a wireless remote. The Swash 1400 remote docks magnetically and saves two user profiles; the BB-2000 ships with a wall bracket.
