Which is better for a small living room?

Both are 6 ft pencil trees, so both fit tight corners. The Funcid is fuller at 972 tips, which looks better if the tree is a focal point. The edx is cheaper and still slim.

Is the Funcid worth the extra $21.80?

If you want multicolor lights and a denser tree, yes. If you only need a slim pre-lit tree and prefer warm white, the edx saves you money.

Do both have the same number of lights?

Yes. Both list 250 pre-strung LEDs and 8 lighting modes. The difference is light color: multicolor on the Funcid, warm white on the edx.

Which is easier to set up?

Both use hinged branches and a foldable base, so setup is similar. The Funcid lists a 3-step assembly process; the edx does not break it down further.

Are they fire resistant?

Both list flame-retardant or fire-resistant PVC. That is standard for artificial trees, but keep them away from open flames and check the light cords.

Which has better ratings?

The edx rates 4.3 from 117 ratings; the Funcid rates 4.2 from 226. The gap is small, and the Funcid has a larger sample.
