Which is better for drawing and sketching?

The SuperDeal tilts to 90 degrees in 13 positions, which gets closer to a vertical board for sketching. The Garvee stops at 75 degrees but has a glass top that is easier to wipe clean after ink or paint.

Is the Garvee worth the extra $67?

Only if you want the glass top and the stool rated to 330 lbs. The SuperDeal costs less, tilts further, and has more drawers, so most shoppers get more for less with it.

Which has more storage?

The SuperDeal. It has two three-drawer units, while the Garvee has two non-woven drawers plus a metal side shelf.

Both use metal frames. The SuperDeal states an 88 lb load rating and has leveling feet. The Garvee claims a wobble-free top but gives no load figure.

Can either be used as a regular desk?

Yes. Both flatten to 0 degrees, and the SuperDeal's side table gives you room for a monitor or laptop next to the main surface.

Neither maker gives a warranty period in the specs. The SuperDeal's melamine top can chip at the edges, while the Garvee's glass can crack if struck, so care matters more than brand here.
