Which is better for a heavy user?

The Pelegon. It is rated to 450 lb and has a reinforced frame. The Vaunn lists 350 lb in most fields, so do not rely on it above that.

Which is easier to stand up from?

The Pelegon. Its padded armrests let you push with your upper body. The Vaunn has no arms, so you push off the seat or a grab bar.

Is the Pelegon worth the extra money?

Yes if you need the higher capacity or the arms. If you just need a light seat and 350 lb is enough, the Vaunn saves you about $37.

Which fits a standard bathtub?

The Vaunn is the safer bet. Buyers of the Pelegon say its legs are too wide for a standard tub.

Which is lighter to move?

The Vaunn, at 8.5 lb. The Pelegon's weight is not stated, but its heavier frame and arms make it the bulkier chair.

Do both assemble without tools?

Yes. Both are tool-free. Pelegon buyers still report many pieces and tedious wing screws, so allow time for setup.
