Which is better for a small entryway?

The SONGMICS 11" x 18.9" x 63" version is shorter and a bit deeper, so it fits under a lower ceiling or shelf. The HOMCOM is 69.3" tall and 17.5" wide, so measure your wall first.

Is the SONGMICS worth the extra $9?

If you want water-resistant shelves and a stated 6.6 lb per-tier load, yes. If you just need 20 pairs stored cheaply, the HOMCOM at $18.60 at eBay as of November 6, 2026 does the same job.

Which holds boots better?

Both let you remove a shelf for tall boots. The HOMCOM also lets you split the rack into separate sections, which helps if you want one short stack for boots.

Neither maker gives a written warranty on the HOMCOM, and the SONGMICS relies on the same metal tubes and plastic connectors. The SONGMICS rates its tiers at 6.6 lb, which is the only durability figure either gives.

Do the covers keep dust off?

Yes, both have zippered dust covers. The HOMCOM's front flap rolls up and fastens open, which is handier for daily use.

How many pairs fit per tier?

The SONGMICS says 2 pairs of men's shoes per tier across 10 tiers. The HOMCOM lists 20 pairs over 10 tiers, the same average.
