Which is better for a bedroom?

Both work the same way: a 27-inch Grande with a 100W bulb and slow wax movement. Pick B if you want a softer pink-purple glow near a bed, A if you want the brighter yellow-blue look.

Is the pink one worth the extra?

No price is given for B, so there is no premium to judge. A is $144.00 at Walmart as of November 6, 2026; if B costs more, you are paying for the color only.

Do they take the same bulb?

Yes. Both use a 100W bulb and both include one in the box. B specifies a reflector bulb.

The hardware is the same: glass globe, aluminum base, corded 100W bulb. Wax color does not change lifespan. Bulb life is the main wear item on both.

Both are 27 inches tall, Lava's largest Grande size. Plan for about 9 to 10.5 inches of width on a shelf or table.

Can I put them on a dimmer?

No. Both use a plain on/off switch and a 100W bulb. A dimmer would slow the wax and change the effect.

Both are the same 27-inch Grande with a silver aluminum base and a 100W bulb included, so the choice comes down to color and price.
