Questions and answers
- Which is better for hot sleepers?
- Both are breathable linen. The Linoto is 230 GSM, which is heavier, so it feels more substantial; The Citizenry's stonewashed linen is lighter in hand. Hot sleepers who dislike weight on the bed may prefer The Citizenry.
- Which lasts longer?
- The Linoto's 230 GSM weight and no-shrink claim point to a longer service life. The Citizenry does not state fabric weight, so durability is harder to judge.
- Is the Linoto worth the extra $256?
- If you want heavy linen, a 21-inch fitted depth, and no shrinkage, yes. If softness on night one matters more, The Citizenry at $359.00 is the better value.
- Does either set fit a deep mattress?
- Linoto offers a 21-inch fitted depth option. The Citizenry does not state a pocket depth, so check before buying for a thick mattress.
- What comes in each set?
- Both include one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases.
- Do the prices move?
- The Linoto has held between $580.00 and $615.00 since October 31. The Citizenry has ranged from $244.00 to $349.00, so it is worth watching for a drop.
