Which is better for a couple?

The Lucidity, mainly because of size and price. A king gives each sleeper more room, and the Comfort Premier's listed 135 lb weight capacity is a real concern for two adults.

Is the Comfort Premier worth the extra $293?

Only if you will use massage, memory positions and USB ports. If you just want head and foot incline, the Lucidity does that for less.

Which has more features?

The Comfort Premier. It adds massage, two memory positions, a wireless remote, under-bed lighting and USB ports. The Lucidity offers incline only.

The Lucidity states a 5-year warranty; the Comfort Premier lists none. Warranty length is the clearest durability signal here, so the Lucidity is the safer bet.

Can I use either with a memory foam mattress?

The Lucidity is described as fitting most memory foam mattresses. The Comfort Premier is an adjustable power base and should work with flexible foam mattresses, but check the mattress maker's adjustable-base guidance.

Which is easier to set up?

The Lucidity advertises 5-minute assembly. The Comfort Premier requires assembly and is heavier, with lighting and USB wiring to connect.
